What is It?
Hands-on training in remote methods for qualitative user research, including remote usability testing, remote card sorting, and crafty different kinds of recruiting for remote studies. We keep the size limited to 10-20 loving people to make sure it’s awesome for everyone.
We hold this workshop about once per quarter, and the last open ETL was on May 6th, 2010 from 9am – 4:30pm PST at the new B|P workshop space (576 Natoma in SF). Your company can also sign up for a private ETL any time. Just drop us a line.
